New engineers undergo an intensive three-month orientation programme, including visits to all sites and company divisions.

Sub-contractors on client locations and in the Group's facilities attend HSE induction seminars.

Engineers are trained in Primavera, Auto Cad, FIDIC, and subjects such as value engineering, contracts and claims and site management. Their skills are also regularly upgraded through rotation programmes
