• The Group provides internships for students, and has a campus recruitment programme.
• All new employees attend corporate induction programmes, where they learn about the Group, its mission, values and HSE policies.
• New engineers undergo an intensive three-month orientation programme, including visits to all sites and company divisions.
• Sub-contractors on client locations and in the Group's facilities attend HSE induction seminars.
• Engineers are trained in Primavera, Auto Cad, FIDIC, and subjects such as value engineering, contracts and claims and site management. Their skills are also regularly upgraded through rotation programmes
• All members of our labour force undergo continual training and development in equipment, HSE, work practices and skills.
• We provide stress prevention training for employees and labourers.
